What happens if I order the wrong carpet or mat?

Carpet and mat kits are built and shipped based on the exact vehicle details selected at checkout. If the wrong year, make, model, cab, drivetrain, or transmission is chosen, the product will still be produced and shipped according to the customer’s selection. This is considered a customer selection error.


Can I exchange the item for the correct one?

No. Lionparts does not offer exchanges on carpet or mat kits.
If the wrong item is ordered, the only option is to return the product for a refund, following our return guidelines.


Who pays for return shipping?

When the incorrect item is ordered, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Carpet and mat kits are large and heavy, and return shipping can be expensive depending on the size and destination.


Are there restocking fees?

Yes. Returns caused by ordering the wrong application may be subject to a restocking fee. This fee is deducted from the refund after the product is received and inspected.


Can I return a carpet or mat after installing or modifying it?

No. Carpet and mat kits cannot be returned once installed, glued, cut, trimmed, or altered. All returns must be in new, unused condition.


What information is needed to request a return?

To process a return, we may require:

  • Photos of the product received
  • Photos of the packaging and labels
  • Confirmation of the vehicle details (year, make, model, cab, drivetrain, transmission)


How long does the refund process take?

Once the product is returned and inspected, a refund is issued minus any applicable restocking fees. Processing times vary based on shipping and inspection.
