We understand that sometimes address details need to be updated after an order is placed. While we can attempt to make changes, please note the following:


    No Guarantees: If your order is scheduled for delivery within 1–2 business days, carriers such as FedEx or UPS may not be able to process the change in time.


    USPS Orders: We are unable to offer address changes for USPS shipments.


    Carrier Fees: If an address change is requested, we may need to charge you the same fee the carrier charges us to process the update. This fee is non‑refundable, even if the carrier is unable to complete the change.


    Logistics Limitations: Even if your order does not yet have tracking or shows as “not shipped,” our logistics workflow may prevent us from modifying the address immediately. In many cases, we must wait until the order receives tracking before we can request an address change with the carrier. This process often incurs carrier fees and is not guaranteed.

Whether the request is a cancellation or an address change, we will assist to the best of our ability, but the responsibility ultimately falls on the customer to enter the correct information at checkout. We are not responsible for return shipping costs or liabilities in this case, after an order has been placed. 

Our system moves quickly and does not allow much room for modifications once processing begins. For this reason, please double‑check all order details—shipping address, items, and quantities—before completing your purchase.
