Our team will do everything possible to stop an order before it ships. However, our fulfillment system is designed for speed, and orders may begin processing immediately after placement. Because of this, cancellations and address changes are not always possible once the order enters the shipping workflow.

If the order has already shipped or is too far along in processing to stop, you are welcome to return the item for a refund once it arrives.

 

We are not responsible for return shipping costs or liabilities after an order has been placed. Whether the request is a cancellation or an address change, we will assist to the best of our ability, but the responsibility ultimately falls on the customer to enter the correct information at checkout.
