If your package arrives damaged, please call or text our Customer Service team at 888‑927‑3076, or email us at help@lionparts.com immediately upon delivery. Damage must be reported right away so we can open a claim and take the appropriate action.
To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:
- Photos of the damaged box and the affected contents
- A clear photo of the shipping label on the box
- A list or photo of any missing items, if applicable
Important: Please do not discard the shipping carton or any packaging materials until you’ve spoken with our team. These items may be required for the claim or return process.
