Refunds can be expected within 5-10 business days from the time the item arrives back in our warehouse. Please note that it may take a few additional days for the credit to appear in your bank account. If an item is being sent back for a warranty claim, additional time may be needed. 


If you require a refund and return, please contact us for authorization. We will notify you via email once we have received and processed the returned item.
